Meet Tyson

Hey—I’m Tyson Popplestone.

I grew up loving running and spent years figuring out how to train smart, not just hard. I competed at the highest level in middle-distance running, repping Australia at the 2010 World Uni Cross Country Champs.

When I moved into AFL conditioning, I realised a lot of players were just told to “run more” with no real plan. I wanted to change that.
