*There is hard work involved and it takes consistency and practice to get better. The AFL Running Guarantee requires you to keep the conversation open and honest with me in the forum. If you're not seeing the results you want to see, we need to be speaking about what is holding players back from doing the work. You must also add a video of your players running for analysis at least every two months so that I can provide the feedback and coaching to help you change the way they run.

If you're a coach looking for the best option for all of your players, there are some massive advantages to your team by offering them a team membership.
**- Hyperlinked Sessions:** There's a lot of sessions which are 'hyperlinked' within the programs. The link sends players to a sprints/distance page where they have the freedom to select programs based on fitness levels and player positions. An individual pass won't allow players to access those sessions.
**- Player Access to Me:** One the team access, Every player at your team will have my email address so they're able to message me all season long to speak to me about specific concerns and questions in regard to running fitness/training sessions/adapting and adjusting based on fatigue. This point is the reason I limit the amount of teams in order to be able to keep my communication up with players.
**- Player Flexibility:** Players can follow sessions over x-mas new year break without you needing to stay on top of sharing different sessions for different players. They can also have a bit more clarity when it comes to planning there running around their gym sessions.

Getting a video analysis of your running is simple. All you need to do is upload your video to Youtube, send me the link and I’ll do the rest. I’ll do a complete analysis for you with adjustments to make, drills to follow and key focus areas. The best angles to get are from the front and side.

Use the training programs provided at the relevant times of the season. If there is something that would be of value to you and your team, reach out and ask for it. Submit videos for analysis and ask me for guidance on anything that is unclear. Enjoy the fresh pre-season programs provided each year to keep the training fresh and the players enthused.
